This completely restored, historic property is located in Tonawanda, New York, a northern suburb of Buffalo. The surrounding area is undergoing revitalization efforts, and has been transitioning from its previous commercially based economy to one supported by the tourist industry and service businesses.
This inspiring property, built in 1896 to last for centuries, has undergone extensive rehabilitation and restoration by the current owner. Known as a magnificent example of Richardsonian Romanesque architecture, it is listed on both the New York State and National Registers of Historic Places.
In an effort to revive the Tonawanda's and draw from our surrounding townships, the Armory will be hosting monthly expos in order to showcase locally owned businesses and the products and services offered.
